Outlook - Few women in North America have more potential than Beth Phoenix. She is a multi-faceted talent who could make a big impact if she is put into the right slot in the WWE. Phoenix made strong strides on the indies and transformed herself from a powerhouse with great athletic potential into a very competent talent. In OVW, Beth spent plenty time as a sex kitten valent, which showed her personality. Then she transitioned into the ring and her game was good enough to wipe out memories of the former Beth. She went from a buxom blonde with cutesy feel to an amazon heel. After a tough 2006, Beth finally returned to WWE TV in 2007, the "Glamazon" has become a credible heel. Several OVW trainees like Victoria, Melina and Mickie James were pushed hard and had good initial runs, however the constant influx of "divas" is always a threat and many are quickly abandoned. It is a difficult place, but with recent cuts and departures, Beth Phoenix could move into a regular rotation and really solidify her place.
