Exhibitor Information
- 1800 - 8 ft. Trade Tables $50.00.
- Exhibitors set-up Friday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
- Free Parking - 24 Hour Armed Guards on duty.
- Exhibitors may enter hall at 8:00 am.
- No cameras allowed in the hall.
- Each and every table in the main hall must be 85% or more arms or arms related. This would allow an area of 15"X30" for nonrelated items per table. The main hall shall be defined as the area with the high ceiling.
- Items banned from sale are food Products, cameras (still or Video), black powder, switch blade knives, black Jacks, brass knuckles, throwing stars, nun chucks, toys of any kind, collector cards, jewelry and book on how to make bombs or illegal guns.
- Sound (noise) demonstrations of items for sale will not be allowed.
- Arms or arms related items are defined as guns; gun parts; books with the subject matter of guns, military history, game cooking, hunting and knives; gun cleaning supplies; tools designed specifically for gunsmithing; ammo in sealed containers; reloading supplies and equipment; swords; knives other than switch blades; hunting supplies; militia; western memorabilia, Civil War relics; Native American artifacts; western art; military surplus; and taxidermy products.
- Items permitted on 15% of a table in the main hall are fishing supplies, current production clothing, sunglasses, radios, boots, hats, flags, razors, handmade arts and crafts, belt buckles, tools, paintings, prints, and photos.
- All decisions by the D.A.C.A. Show Standards Committee relating to acceptability of all items offered for sale will be final.
- The bottom of all hanging signs and banners must be at least 6 ft. 8 in. above the floor and the top of the sign no higher than 11 ft above the floor.
- ALL LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS WILL BE OBSERVED.
- The original purchaser of table space is responsible for all tables registered in their name. The original purchaser will forfeit all subleted tables found not in compliance, and the person who subleted the tables will be required to remove their items from the show. If subleted tables are found not in compliance a second time, the original purchaser will be banned from the show, and lose the privilege of purchasing table space for one year from the date that the subleted table or tables found not to be in compliance.
