Michelle Fitzpatrick, born in Kankakee, Illinois, currently lives in Missouri.
Her writing experience began developing at the age of thirteen but she did not set publishing goals for herself until 2001. Since then, Michelle has published two books, Image of America: Ozark, through Arcadia Publishing and Emotional Reality, through self-publishing. She has also published a dozen different types of articles with different publishers.
She is an author, freelance writer, self-publisher, ghostwriter, editor, manuscript reader and typist.
She is also a member of Amateurs Writers Association (AWA) and the Springfield Writer Guild (SWG--chapter of the Missouri Writers Guild) and a secretary.
Michelle is a graduate of the Writer’s Digest School and holds certificates for creative writing and marketing through the Moberly Area Vo-tech School.
Her goals are to continue writing and publishing for her personal use, in addition to helping others with self-publication, editing, reading, typing, and more.
