Clash of the Champions starts off with a match from the first round of the Hardcore Tournament, which features Nightmare, Raven, The Judge, and Road Dogg. The Judge will face off against the Road Dogg in our first match. Hilights are shown of The Judge and Road Dogg's interviews.
HARDCORE TOURNAMENT:
ROUND 1
The Judge pinned Road Dogg Jesse James after the Death Sentence in 0:06:22
(The Judge advances to the Hardcore Tournament Final)
*This was one of the best hardcore matches the 3WCW has ever seen. A lot of different foreign objects were used, from a kendo stick, to a ladder. The match ended backstage, when The Bossman came out of a dressing room, and ran at the Road Dogg with a Nightstick. James ran towards Bossman, but was met with the Nightstick in the forehead. He stumbled back to the Judge, who nailed him with the Death Sentence on the concrete. The Judge will move on to face the winner of the Nightmare/Raven match, which will take place later tonight*
TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT:
ROUND 1
The Pornstarrs defeated the New Age Outlaws by disqualification in 0:01:03
(The Pornstarrs advance to the Second Round of the Tag Team Tourney)
*Italian Stallion and Justin Animal both started in the ring to begin this match. Both men were very stand-offish due to their GoD affiliations. However, this wouldn't even matter, as Edge of Corporation X cost the NAO a shot at the tag titles, by running down to the ring, and nailing Stallion with a chair. Johnny Canuck jumped in the ring immediately, but was also met with a chair shot. The New Age Outlaws then began to pulverize Edge. Shawn Michaels then ran down to the ring, but was also assaulted by the GoD. The ring was eventually cleared by 3WCW officials, the last to leave being the Corporation X tag team, who were helped backstage by fellow Corp. X members*
TELEVISION TITLE MATCH
Justin Animal pinned Trunks after the Animal Driver in 0:09:31
(Justin Animal retained the WWWCW Television Title)
*In the late stages of the match, Italian Stallion lent a helping hand to Justin Animal, when he threw salt in the eyes of Trunks. Trunks, unable to see, stumbled right into the Animal Driver, and JA got the 1-2-3*
HARDCORE TOURNAMENT:
ROUND 1
Nightmare pinned Raven after the Black Out in 0:12:42
(Nightmare advances to the Hardcore Tournament Final)
*This match was just as physical as the other first round match-up, as both men used various foreign objects. Raven looked very impressive, and Kliq member Scott Steiner realized this. With Raven going for the Evenflow on top of a table backstage, the Genetic Freak came running out of nowhere with a chair. He nailed Raven with it, causing Raven to collapse on the table. Nightmare picked up the Hardcore Icon, and executed the Black Out ontop of the table. He pinned Raven on top of the broken table. Nightmare advanced to the Final where he will face the Judge for the Hardcore Title*
TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT:
ROUND 1
Law & Order defeated Rock 'n Roll Express by disqualification in 0:02:41
(Law & Order advance to the Second Round of the Tag Team Tourney)
*The Judge and Suneil Sangha started out in the ring, they locked up, and Suneil took advantage. Just then, The Rock ran down to the ring. He slid under the bottom rope, and accompanied the 2 men. Both competitors were prepared for the Rock's attack. The Rock went immediately after Suneil, but then changed course, and nailed The Judge. The ref called for the bell, DQing the Rock 'n Roll Express. It was evident that the Rock had the intention of costing them the match, and he succeeded. After hitting the Judge, he went after Sangha. He knocked him over, and continued to "lay the smack down", until The self-proclaimed "Real Rock of the 3WCW" entered the ring, and took out Maivia. The Rock then rolled out of the ring, and headed backstage. After all the smoke cleared, Law & Order advances to face Hell's Angels in the Semi-Finals*
TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT:
SEMI-FINALS
Corporation X defeated the Pornstarrs when Shawn Michaels pinned Johnny Canuck after JC was hit with the ring bell in 0:10:59
(Corporation X advances to the Tag Team Tourney Finals)
*In the late stages of the match, HBK and JC were in the ring. Mr Maltby had made his way down to ring side, with what looked to be the intent of just getting a closer look. JC jumped off the top rope, to nail HBK with a double-ax handle. The ref got caught in the middle, and was knocked out. Maltby went over to the ring announcer, and got the ring bell. JC was running off the ropes, attempting to execute a clothesline. HBK ducked, and JC kept running. Maltby got in the ring while this was happening, and nailed JC with the ring bell. Maltby waived down another ref, who counted JC out. With that, Corporation X advances to the Final to face either Law & Order or Hell's Angels*
HARDCORE TOURNAMENT:

Nightmare pinned the Judge after a small package in 0:09:41
(Nightmare won the WWWCW Hardcore Title)
*Late in the match, Scott Steiner made his prescence felt for the second time in this Hardcore Tourney. He was distracting The Judge, when Judge threw a punch at Steiner. Big Pappa Pump ducked, and gave the Judge a shoulder block between the first and second rope. The Judge was then turned around by Nightmare, and was rolled up into a small package. Nightmare wins the Hardcore Title!*
TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT:
SEMI-FINALS
Law & Order defeated Hell's Angels when The Judge pinned Gravedigger in 0:08:26
(Law & Order advance to the Tag Team Tourney Finals)
*The Stallion/Digger feud was fueled tonight, when Stallion nailed Digger with a chair, while GD's back was turned. Digger stumbled towards the Judge, who nailed him with the Death Sentence. Death Warrent tried to interrupt the count, but was too late. Law & Order immediately left the ring, celebrating their victory. They'll face off against Corporation X for the Tag Team Titles later tonight*
INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH
Italian Stallion pinned Edge after the Death Valley Driver in 0:12:49
(Italian Stallion retained the WWWCW Intercontinental Title)
*This was a very physical match, which had Stallion kick out of the Downward Spiral about midway through the match. Late in the match, HBK came down to the ring. With the suspiscion that HBK would cost Stallion the match, Johnny Canuck came down to the ring. Edge was running off the ropes, and JC grabbed his foot. Edge turned around, and started yapping at JC. Stallion turned him around, and nailed him with the Death Valley Driver. HBK ran in to break the count, but was met by JC, who jumped over top the pin, and nailed HBK with a flying lariat. Stallion retains his title in a very good match*
TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT:
FINAL
Law & Order defeated Corporation X after The Judge pinned Shawn Michaels in 0:11:29
(Law & Order won the WWWCW Tag Team Titles)
*Late in the match, Shawn Michaels was in control, ready to set up The Judge for some Sweet Chin Music, when Italian Stallion and Johnny Canuck ran down to the ring. With the ref out cold, JC entered the ring. HBK attemped to hit JC with the superkick, but JC ducked, and hit HBK with salt to the eyes. The Judge then went over to HBK, and executed the Death Sentence. Stallion took care of Edge, and JC tried to revive the ref. Eventually, the ref came to, and made the 3 Count. After the match, The Pornstarrs raised the hands of Law & Order, and announced them as the 2 newest members of GoD*
WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
Death Warrent pinned Bret Hart after the Hitman was hit in the head with a shovel in 0:15:12
(Death Warrent retained the WWWCW World Title)
*In one of the best matches of the night, Death Warrent retained his World Title against the Excellence of Execution. Late in the match, the Hitman had Death Warrent locked in the Sharpshooter. Gravedigger and Paul Bearer ran down to the ring. Paul Bearer distracted the referee, and Digger entered the ring with a shovel. He nailed the Hitman in the head with the shovel, and left the ring. Bret Hart fell over, and DW rolled on top of him. The ref then came over, looking very confused, and made the 3 count. Digger and Death Warrent then exited through the crowd, as the GoD made their way to the ring to help the Hitman*
NUMBER 1 CONTENDER MATCH
Suneil Sangha made the Rock submit to the Sharpshooter in 0:16:53
(Suneil Sangha will face Death Warrent at Mass Destruction for the World Title)
*When the match started, Suneil and JC both went after the Rock. Maivia tried to fight off the 2, but they were just too much. After the GoD members stomped the Rock for a while, Johnny Canuck went for the pin. He got a 2 count, before the pin was broken by Suneil. JC was not pleased with this, and smacked Sangha across the face. The Rock then came from underneath, and rolled up JC. Sangha once again broke the pin. Later in the match, Johnny Canuck was resting in the corner, and in the opposite corner, the Rock was stomping Sangha. While Special referee Death Warrent was trying to get the Rock off Sangha, when Shawn Michaels came down to the ring. He grabbed JC's legs, and pulled him down. He then proceeded to execute a Figure 4 around the ring post. Death Warrent, pre-occupied with the Rock and Suneil, was not aware of this. JC, screaming in pain, did his best to break the hold, but couldn't. Death Warrent finally noticed JC, went outside, and began to stomp HBK. Michaels eventually was kicked out of the building. It was obvious Johnny Canuck was in pain, and after several minutes, JC decided he couldn't continue. He was helped backstage by Law & Order, and did not return. Meanwhile, the Rock and Sangha continued to battle in the ring. At one time, Suneil kicked out after the Rock Bottom. With both men showing signs of fatigue, Torrie Wilson ran down to the ring. She got up on the ring apron, and started bickering at the official. Just then, Rocky Stonage ran down to the ring with a chair. He entered the ring, ran at the Rock, and nailed him right across the head. He left the ring immediately after, exiting through the crowd. Sangha then applied the Sharpshooter on the Rock, and after minutes of fighting the hold, the Rock tapped out. Corporation X and GoD then came running down the ring, and the brawl was on. After a few minutes, everyone was cleared from the ring, with the exception of Death Warrent and Suneil Sangha. They had a stare off for a few seconds, and then began exchanging punches. Death Warrent eventually took control, and nailed Suneil with the Executioner. Saturday Nights Clash of the Champions closed with Death Warrent standing over Suneil's battered body, as the Hell's Angel's theme played over the PA system*
