The concept of encouraging and creating a permanent environment for the development of soccer in the region has our MISSION

To foster the talents of many young players around the world whose ambitions is to represent their country at the highest level

The hosting of this tournament during this period April 12th -19th 2003 is based upon the fact that there will be little competition of this nature around the world and can encourage teams from Europe ,North ,South and Central America .

The Benefits can be tremendous as youth soccer has evolved into a most enjoyable from of entertainment for these countries; while providing the avenues  for the development of the youth.
