• These are on a Planetary basis and are bid for the entire planet and has to conform to IU specification for the Nets and technically comply with IU specifications for a living thing and are bid and are chosen as the best created technology there is and there should be no compromises here and the best of the best of the best and upgrading an entire planet and putting a life form on a planet is a big endeavor and we do not want to compromise quality over price or faster availability and we need to be very very very very very very very very very very careful here.
• When a replacement life form is introduced to a planet the old life form that this new creation is replacing is to be killed and or there could be a creation that goes out and is specific only to this life form such as a bug or insects or mean predatory animals and exterminates the life form that is determined to be detrimental or too mean or is getting replaced.

• TJCG after some online discussion is saying that all the GodFathers and CreationTech Fathers and Fathers can stay in the 1M Planetary Palace Wing for up to 100 years and get settled for a while and I understand that they need electricity and technical instruments like microscopes and analyzers and other scientific equipment and cannot create from out of their heads or shoot out creations from their eyes like some people think or do not really understand and this scientific gear and equipment is not yet invented or built in the 3% Planetary Palace Ring or Band as some would like to call this wide band of planets and they can then work hard and focus and concentrate and settle down for a while and focus on getting back into creation after about four thousand years of getting rusty and not doing too much innovation and especially not much innovation with animals and lower life forms at all.
• Fathers outside of the IU Pillars across the board can have the shore up to 10 Trillion Dollars Startup Capital for a Creation Business and can pool these resource as a Creation Conglomerate up to 10K Fathers in a Conglomerate.

• Creation Centers are Larger and have a variety of products and services and are kind of like a huge Noah's Ark of animals and birds and fish and insects and plants and well even larger than Noah's Ark because they will have fish and eating fish that can be used to restock a pond or lake with a new and improved species and they are going hog wild and are working very hard and you will be able to get creator products and services that are first generation and pure and not bred or inbred and are a pure first generation creation with as near perfect genes as they can get them and they will and have to conform to the current IU Specifications for Creation Products and Services for each LifeForm Level and that is the way this is done and we are working hard and having fun now Ted and are getting along and are starting to compete in Creation and building a Business that can keep us busy and having fun and challenges and working hard and making good enough money so we can support our wives and women and family in the lifestyle we like to keep them in and some of our wives and women are working as lab assistants and distribution managers and higher up like directors and we are planning on ramping up these businesses and people will be able to get first hand creation products and services directly from the creators and also custom solutions for their planets and uploads for their pets when their pets are getting old or need to be upgraded and we think that this will improve lifestyles drastically over time and people are excited about this and want this and are looking forward to the centers.

• Creation Malls have many of the current products and services for Creation Products and Services Providers in a single location and you can walk from center to center and some are planned as indoor malls like very modern and upscale and malls on Planet Earth and have doors in the back to the outside were you can see plants and many plants and green houses and places where you can pull up and get your product and are even talking delivery and delivery service and this is a huge business and the people will be able to choose many competing creation products and they will have choices and the competition will drive the prices down but not too far down and TJCG is saying that they 'Legally Have To Make A Profit And Will Not Be IU Subsidized' and that is the way it is for now.

A Complete Creation Mall

• The Creation Complete Malls are planned for the future and will have all Creation Pillars and Private Creation Companies also referred to as PCC and that includes the Creationessess Pillar and CreationTech Pillar and each and every single PCC currently in business and this will be like going to a huge zoo and seeing every imaginable type of living thing and the 'Higher Level Creation Centers' will be showing off Creation Transportation and Droids and maybe even new proposed versions of Real People Upgrade features and benefits and you can see much at the Creation Complete Mall and TJCG is saying that this should have plenty of seating for the people and fountains and adjacent Hotel Service for people with families that traveled their and want to stay for a few days or weeks or longer and this will be like a huge zoo but you can lease or own the creations and ownership is not for higher level creations such as Droids and Creation Transportation and leasing is the norm rather than ownership and this will be very fair and reasonable and TJCG and many others think that the people will be very happy with this and will get more rather than less and will have higher lifestyles and better lifestyles and many creation conveniences.
• It is projected that it will take about 100 years for the Creationessess to get up to speed and be ready with some products and services.
• TJCG is wanting these Malls to be fun for children and safe for children and have petting zoo type settings to they can pet the animals and is expecting many salt and fresh water aquariums and maybe even  a demonstration of the people design with gills that can survive under water as well as above on ground without scuba diving gear and hopes the gills will be carefully placed so as to be small enough yet efficient and these could be for people that work under water a lot and need the ability to survive under water and maybe also lenses for the eyes that cover them up better for under water and special ear designs for going deep under the water without getting ear infections and having to worry about equalization and special lung designs that are designed so there will not be any emboli for rapid ascent and webbing between the toes maybe and hands and other features and they will be specifically designed for under water work but will still look like people and will be considered a different type of people and will be designed attractive to Real People too.

• Like the Complete Creation Mall yet more in that this Mall tries to show all of the Creation Products and Product Lines available and all shapes and sizes available and is very comprehensive and a total blast for the people and they will be probably there for days and will be like going to a huge theme park for entertainment and there is not admission charged and the children will have a lot of fun and they will see many fun things and pet many animals and want most of them and there will be adjacent hotels and places so stay and lots of animal noise and fun and many choices and lots of healthy competition and fun fun fun.

• IU Creation Specification is for all Creations in the entire IU for all Approved LifeForms that are included as part of this specification and has to be approved by 90% of the Goddessess Pillar and 90% of the Creationessess Pillar and 90% of the GodFather Pillar and 90% of the CreationTech Pillar at full strength and that is a minimum of 10 Million in each Pillar that are the appropriate Beings for instance in the Father Pillars wives and women working in the Pillar do not count as part of this number and they have to be all Fathers and all Creations are for now considered pre-release and are not up to IU Creation Specification just yet and this IU Creation Specification has to be completed within 10 years from today and all new or pre-release Creations have to be upgraded to this IU Creation Specification making best efforts after this IU Creation Specification is finalized and Creations can be released as pre-release for now and leased as pre-release for now and sold as pre-release for now and have to be upgraded making best efforts in the future after the IU Creation Specification is Finalized.
• IU Creation Specifications will be DRAFTS in the interim and try to conform to the latest DRAFT if possible and if feasible and TJCG does not want this to hold up IU priorities

Getting IU Pillars up to Full Strength

• All Pillars in the IU now have to be at a minimum of 10 million before they are are minimum full strength and have the right to use the budgets and vote and make laws except for emergency budgets for salaries and or compensation for those working hard in Pillars making best efforts to go up to full strength
• The priorities for getting the Pillars up to full strength is in order of Goddessess then Creationessess and then Technologessess and then GodFathers and then CreationTech and then Angels of Light and then Queens and then Execs
• For Planets that do not have any or few Angels of Light and or Queens and or Execs the planets then have to work with the Goddesses and or GodFather covering the majority of the planet for now and they will have jurisdiction over that function until the planets get a minimum count for a planet of at least 10 Angels of Light and 10 Queens and 10 Execs and they have to minimum qualify for True Love and Loyalty to TJCG at the current levels.

Droids and Rapid Growth

• The growth for the Real People offspring is slowed down because they need time to learn and are really a fresh and infant character and a self modifying character at that and memories and life experiences and are raised by parents and learn slowly and this is a slower process that is not accelerated whereas Droids will already have all of their knowledge built in or they can be downloaded on the Net similar to programs that are downloaded on the Net that either automatically run in your Internet Browser or can be decompressed and installed and run on your local computer and they will not need school and will have this either built in or downloaded Droid Programs and Droid Information Units for specific information so they can perform their duties very well.

• Creation Theme Parks with lots of room indoors and outdoors and people can take their time and there may be an admission charged that is used to feed and care for the park and the tourist parts and people can vacation there and there is lots of things to do and maybe if large enough resteraunts and hotels and like a zoo and a petting zoo and riding animals to ride and test drive a creation car or other creation transportation and have fun and have lots of fun and lots of fun for the children and people can check out the different creations and look at a plant section and check out the different plants and flowers and vegetables and eat different types of vegetables and fruits and nuts and stuff at the resteraunts and even some eating animals that are above ground animals that taste and have the texture of fish and are very low fat and high in protein and good for the health and different types of fish and sea and aquatic food that is very good for the health and ride the animals and take them for a three day or so trip and camp out and check out the different creation products and services and you can leave with some of these products or services or have them delivered later and well you pay for transportation and all but that is a method to get the bigger creations or creations on a backlog later and large plants and animals and people can have fun and this is very low key and they are not hustled and there and no hard sells and sales pitches and they go there to have fun and check out the best and the rest and have fun and can go to an area to negotiate a lease or fees for a creation and this is fun and low key and the whole family can enjoy the experience and there is no obligation to lease or negotiate a long term lease or purchase anything.
