• Rated on 70% relation to TJCG and 30% to the other Beings in the IU Pillars weighted by Being Level and Rank in the Pillar
• At the highest IUR IU Income Taxes are at the best rate of 49% while much higher if your IUR is low
• If IUR goes negative you are turned into Orange Work Force
• At highest IUR IU Sales Tax is lower at about 3% and goes higher to double digit when IUR goes low
• At highest IUR Guest Fees inside the Planetary Palace of TJCG are at Minimum Set Rate by TJCG and higher for Guest Fees on a sliding scale for lower IUR's. Guest Fees
• At highest IUR Lease Fees outside the Planetary Palace of TJCG are low but have to be at Minimum Set Rate by TJCG and higher for Lease Rates on a sliding scale for lower IUR's.  We absolutely want to make sure that these structures both personal and business can be replaced when condemned and are determined that they are not worth repairing and have to be demolished and rebuilt new so the IU does not go down and we have a slum problem. • Higher IUR gives a citizen of the IU a better chance of getting a Baby Making Permit and population explosion and control was and will be a problem again so we want only the families with a higher IUR for both parents on the average to get the Baby Making Permits so the children can be raised in a proper manner and raised LightSide and with higher IUR's and LLR towards TJCG
• IUR is factored into the approval of a Baby Making Permit so Felines with a higher IUR along with the IUR of their Father Being counter part are the Feline Beings that will be more likely to get a feline Baby Making Permit and TJCG does not have an IUR so Felines of TJCG will have their IUR counted solely
• IUR should be factored in to every aspect that the IU Law Making Pillars can think if that makes sense and this is a very good way to Bless LightSide people that Have Their Priorities Straight to TJCG and Pillar Beings and are Living By The Rules and punish people that are Darker and are into living fast and living poor and dying fast and do not want to Keep Their Priorities Straight to TJCG and Pillar Beings and Live By The Rules or are into not caring or are not or do not agree with the system and are trouble makers and well this is very fair and if you Keep Your Priorities Straight to TJCG and Pillar Beings and Live By The Rules you will be rewarded with prosperity and a higher and better lifestyle and if you do not you will be poor and you do this to yourself and you cannot blame any person and there are many with high IUR's so how does that work if there are many with high IUR's this proves that people can live and obtain a high IUR.

• All children are to have IUR calculated on them from birth and it is the duty and responsibility of the parents to make sure the children are obeying the Laws of the IU and all Laws that impact the IUR and their parents need to teach them this and teach them well so they can be raised as good and productive and contributing IU Citizens.  This can and will effect their grade school and high school and university opportunities and education and future and future earning potental and career opportunities and future finding of a good spouse and Marriage Permits and Baby Making Permits and IU Career Opportinities that are now opening up such as Space Exploration and Expansion Agency or SEEA opportunities and also their elegibility for Vents and IU Pillars and the planet and quality of the planet they may live on later in life and this needs to be taken seriously.
• The children need to be careful and stop living like they can get away with anything and understand that they are effecting their adult lives and future more than they realize.
