Dinner Mathematics
I love Maths, and this trick is pretty cool.  Don't cheat by reading the solution before you work it out, because you're only ruining it for yourself.  This is really quick, should take less than a minute to work it out as you read.

1. Firstly, pick the number of times a week that you'd like to have dinner out (try more than once, but less than ten times).

2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold)

3. Add 5 (for Sunday)

4. Multiply by 50 (you may need a calculator for this)

5. If you've already had your birthday this year, add 1756 ... if you haven't, add 1755

6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born.

7. You should end up with a three digit number ...

Albert Einstein's Riddle.
I love puzzles, and apparently only the top 2% of intelligent people in the world can solve this one; mostly (I think) because it needs lots of perseverance to crack it instead of lots of brains - there are no tricks, just pure logic.  Good luck!

The situation: in a street of five houses, each with a different colour, there lives in each house, a person of a different nationality who has his own preferred beverage, cigar brand, and house pet.

The question: who owns the fish?

The clues:
01) The Brit lives in a red house.
02) The Swede keeps dogs as pets.
03) The Dane drinks tea.
04) The Green house is on the left of the White house.
05) The owner of the Green house drinks coffee.
06) The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds.
07) The owner of the Yellow house smokes Dunhill.
08) The man living in the centre house drinks milk.
09) The Norwegian lives in the first house
10) The man who smokes Blends lives next to the cat owner.
11) The horse owner lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill.
12) The man who smokes Blue Master drinks beer.
13) The German smokes Prince.
14) The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.
15) The Blends smoker has a water drinking neighbour.

My summary/hints:
a) Houses: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
b) Colours: Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, White.
c) Nationalities: British, Swedish, Danish, German, Norwegian.
d) Beverages: Water, Tea, Milk, Beer, Coffee.
e) Cigar brands: Blends, Blue Master, Pall Mall, Dunhill, Prince.
f) Pets: Fish, Dogs, Birds, Cats, Horses.

The answer: are you sure?  If so, here.

The solutions: Chart or Text.

My main goal in life is to be a doctor.
Everyone who's been around me more than 5 minutes usually finds out this fact.  As such, they usually send me medical related articles, etc.  This clipping is a flow-chart from the British Medical Journal (BMJ), vol. 331, issue 7531, page 1529.
