How Beer Dispensing Works
"This is a very Basic way that beer drafting works. A fully functional bar would be a little more complex but utilize the same principle"

Items Required:
     * CO2 Bottle - The bottle holds the gas to help push out the beer
     * CO2 Regulator - The regulator provides you with information on how much CO2 gas is left in the bottle and allows for the operator to tell how much pressure the CO2 is being pushed out at.
     * CO2 Lines - Provides a path for the gas to travel through
     * Coupler - This is to tap the keg and provide a way for CO2 to enter the keg and for beer to leave the keg.

"I can't really draw but I hope that kind of gives you an Idea of what it looks like"

How it Works:
The compressed CO2 in the bottle goes to the regulator. The the air is then slowly released depending on what the dispensing gage says. You can control how quickly the air leaves the bottle with a screw that is in the middle of the regulator. Generally you dispense CO2 at about 10 PSI for light beers and a little bit higher for darker beers. The CO2 then enters the Keg through the coupler and pushes the beer through the bottom of the keg through the draw at the bottom of the keg. It then goes through the coupler again then finally to the person receiving the beer from a tap.

The CO2 bottle that we use holds 10 lbs worth of gas. That will dispense beer for roughly 10 to 12 kegs.
