NON RECEIPT OF ACK. CARD
RLAD E.557 DATED 11.9.2006Sir,
A. this is regarding RLAD E 557 dated 11.9.06 of trivandrum GPO sent by me to GE Capital, care of speed post center, new delhi.
I am yet to get the acknowledgement card or any information from the addressee regarding delivery of the above letter to them.
Kindly ensure that the same has been delivered correctly.
the original postal receipt for the above registered letter is enclosed herewith for your verification and return.
B. In the above context i would like to bring to your kind notice, the following:
the basic idea of my sending a letter by acknowledgement due post paying the post office additional charges is to have proof of delivery readily available in case it is required at a future date.
But I find that the ack card invariably goes missing and many a time i have to make repeated representations to get any action taken on the matter.
This is over and above the inordinate delay in delivery.
Incidentally, i am at the receiving end of the criminal activities of a gang of goondas from the indian police
- It is a policeman who calls himself cbbi "officer" and his stooges from the local spy net work like the "special branch" and such.
My telephone is being tapped and tampered with and i am afraid my internet connection is being routed through a proxy server on the sly.
Could it be possible that the postal authorities also have to take orders from the police men, like i find in the case of telephone company?
Or is it just that this is your normal way of functioning?yours faithfully
sd.

P.S. when i try to register a complaint online through your web site from my home i am never allowed to do so - once i fill up the form the gestapo freezes the connection !

it is about a registered letter sent two months back. the normal transit time to delhi could be three days maximum. a registered article is kept undelivered for 12 days and then it has to be returned to the sender - a total eighteen days both ways.
i made a complaint to the gpo about the missing letter after one month. there is no response till date.
so after another month i am making another complaint. i know there is no point; but i am just going through the motions. the content is an atm card i had returned to the agents of a bank.
this is going on happening with almost every letter i am sending now a days. the gestapo is trying to teach me a lesson!
a previous generation of gestapos started it; they are dead and gone ( and i am still here). the next generation of spies is at it now! they dont change - a spy is a spy is a spy.
