and the dme shamelessly comes out with another letter, this time claiming that the special messenger deputed so as to ensure that the NLC is delivered without delay has "mistakenly" delivered it some where else! and there is an audacious statement that the NLC will be delivered to the concerned treasury once it comes back (on its own) from where it was "mistakenly" delivered.

but things happened on the day of the hearing on 23 november 07 and the "mistakenly" delivered document was correctly handed over to the concerned treasury on the same day in the after noon once the document came out of hiding "on its own"!

and i collected the gratuity amount on 27 november 2007.
