both the above wave sounds are from the same modem dialing the same telephone number. the first is a continuous sound while in the second there is a definite silent gap from 11 to 15 seconds.

in the context of the previous evidences my conclusion is that the gap in the second recording is due to the fact that the hacker of the indian police operating from the kaithamukku exchange of the bsnl/nib was not ready to receive my computer

these are all the deductions of a lay man who has no formal training in computing of any sort. as such it is possible that my arguments are flawed. even other wise these are not going to satisfy a court of law for they are all presumptions. so what is the way out ?
