Welcome to Computers to the Barrios, a computer literacy outreach program of XiJEN Institute of Technology.  We are a computer a learning center based in Bontoc, Mountain Province, Philippines.

Our Dreams:

1. Enable students in the rural areas to have access to information technology.
2. Help narrow the digital divide in information poor areas. 
3. Give a chance, to local students gain exposure in the benefits of IT. 

Our Plans:

1. Tie up with public secondary schools in various municipalities of Mountain Province.
2. Set-up computer labs in partner secondary schools.
3. Work closely with teachers to integrate technology into the curriculum.
4. Set our course-offerings to respond to the IT skills requirements of industries here in the Philippines and abroad.
