Temple of the Dark Wyrm: Round Tower

"[H]ow many of you have spent time in the meditation room within the Temple in Khar Th'Sekt? I was long unaware of its existence, behind a simple door on the elevated balcony around the pit. It is small and cool within, and I've found it to be an excellent place to meditate, gather my thoughts and remember our ways."

At the northwest corner of the Temple of the Dark Wyrm lies this round tower, floored in tile and used for meditation, preparation, conferences or other withdrawals by the Priests, Prophets, Sundancers, and visitors to the Temple.

(According to the official ShadowBane Lore, but obviously that part written from a foreign perspective [note the use of the phrase "Devil Men", when we are of course not Devils]:

Irekei Temple

These ancient structures serve as the focal points of Irekei culture. Built of sandstone and richly ornamented, every Irekei temple stands on the site of a cave or fissure that leads deep underground. Irekei Temples serve as anchors in the sandy seas, home bases that the nomadic Virakt'al always return to in the midst of their wanderings. Part fortress and part place of worship, Irekei Temples contain a great arena, where the Dragon and the Sun are venerated in lengthy ceremonies, and where disputes among rival Irekei are settled with blades in highly ritualistic duels. Only the Chosen - the mysterious Irekei prophets who serve the Devil Men as Priests of the Dragon - are allowed access to the sacred gateway to the deep, where the Dragon sleeps.

Obviously, one may have access to the Round Tower, if not the Gateway itself and the Gateway is not only sacred but positively occult, to the point of being not apparent. Wouldn't it be more exciting if one were attacked upon entering the Tower, unless one were a Khanuus?)
