| MetaPhysics of the Psyce part 2 |
| Because his mind wasn't ready to process so much information at that particular point, and was unprepared to deal with that kind of explosion of ideas. I went from teaching college juniors and seniors to teaching primary school children and I realised I couldn't speak in quite the same way, although the students were smarter and more imaginative. There is a sense where you have to hold back or they will not be able to understand anything, and this destroys the whole project, this analogy is an idea of constriction of the soul, 'Ztim-Ztum,' which you hold back some of what you are capable of expressing in order to be able to get something across, that the student will understand, and not be overwhelmed by. We find that this metaphor is something that also takes place in your own mind, at the level of your own subconscious from which emerges all of your conscious thoughts, a little bit above the mind, that we are not totally aware of, as far as the powers of the soul are concerned this is called 'Keter,' or 'Crown.' The 'Crown' is literally something that sits upon the head and is a little bit above it. Everything that you have ever thought or will think, will relate to all of your memories, all of your capacity to think and have ideas, all this is at the level of 'Crown,' i.e. it's resting above your head, meaning that you are not aware of it, it not on screen. To use a technical analogy it is like your personal hard drive, everything you have experienced is stored on your hard drive and when you think consciously it's just a matter of accessing it, pulling it up on screen, drawing that memory into your conscious mind. |
