Basically, you should be able to just look at the pictures and figure out what you're supposed to do. My comments just make things seem more complicated than they really are. This whole battle should be over in about 10 minutes if everything goes right. So give it a try if you want some sweet revenge for all those times you had to let Gustave thump on you for 8 rounds in order to win.

Round 1 David:

-move guys like so.

Round 1 Gustave:
-this is the tricky part because theree's a chance the enemy won't move in the pattern shown above. Enemies "A" and "B" need to move where shown. If they don't do it right then you're fooked and should reset. (I hope eveybody knows about the quick reset: Hold R1-R2-L1-L2-Start-Select down the let go of R2-L2.) If everything goes like shown then you're now at Round 2...

Round 2 David:
-
if you don't kill Sargon tthis round that's OK. Things are just cleaner if you do.

Round 2 Gustave:
-Gustave doesn't usually start moving until Round 4 but since you're getting in his face he'll come after you. When you are attacked by Gustave's Steel Knights just defend and you'll be pushed back a space like shown.
-Notice that the enemy infantry are gooing to come in and attack your two guys that were pushed back by Gustave's Knights. Your guy on the right needs to make his attacker retreat. IMPORTANT: Your guy on the left should just defend against his attackers so that he is forced to retreat diagnally into the space marked "C". This puts your guy directly behind Gustave. This is the guy that will kill Gustave.

Round 3 David: weaken Gustave's forces by attacking him and just defending. He'll have less HP after each attack and plus you'll have arrow support. You don't need to attack him, just get into battle and let your Archers support you while you defend. Attack last with your guy in space "C". You don't even need to kill one of Gustave's knights, just maybe defend with 3 and attack with one of your guys in the back. At the end of the battle, Gustave will be forced to retreat and have nowhere to go. His forces will be wiped out and you'll win. (Hint: you can get an idea of which one of your guys the enemy will attack by the way the enemy is facing. They usually attack in the direction they're facing so use that to determine which of your guys should defend.)

Round 3 Gustave:
Suck it Gustave! Mwa-ha-ha!
