1. You must be a fan of porcupines. Pretty self explanatory.
2. Fill out the form with your name, e-mail address (preferred), and country. Adding your website and email address is optional.
3. If you wish to have your website linked, you must put a code/text link on that site. The code must stay on the site because there will be random code checks every once in a while. Do not direct link the code. If you need to update any of your member info, please do so.
4. Where is says "Ouch!" on the joining form, type "quill". This is so I know you've read and understood the rules.
5. Please don't submit a website with any racist or pornographic content on it. The site will not be linked, but you'll still be listed as a fan.
