Vegitarianism/Veganism

Vegetarianism Is the practice of eating no meat. This usually includes pork, beef, and chicken. It sometimes excludes fish and other seafood's. More often then not though, most vegetarians will not eat any meat at all, including fish. Many times vegetarians will also abstain from eggs. Considering eggs are a animal also, although they aren't fully developed.

Veganism is the practice of eating no meat or animal products. This includes dairy, eggs, and all meats (fish, chicken, beef, pork, and any others). This may seem extreme to some people. Yet, if the proper vitamins and supplements are taken, to replace the protein and other essentials we get from meat, it can be an extremely healthy way of living.

You may be saying to yourself, why not drink milk? It doesn't hurt the cows, it isn't like we are killing them to get their milk. Which is exactly wrong. The machines often cause cuts and bleeding that can lead to infections in the cows udders and leave humans with contaminated milk. Also, Milk cows become pregnant the average of 3 times in 4 years. This is very hard on the cows, and their calves. The average life expectancy of a wild cow, is 20-25 years, a milk cow's average life expectancy is only 4-5 years. After 4 or 5 years of being constantly pregnant, it takes its toll on the cow. After they are milked, literally to death, they are sent to meat packing plants.

Milk is also  unhealthy for humans to drink. Humans are the only creature on the earth that drinks milk past infancy. Milk is developed to suit the needs of baby calves who will double their weight in 40 days, grow 4 stomachs and weigh 1,000-1,200 pounds in 2 years. Cows milk contains 3 times more protein and 50 % as much fat as human milk.
