About this version

xSHaReZ 2 PLUS is an unofficial-open and free release of the popular xSHaReZ 2 NetBIOS Scanner, rebuilded from a group of tools (DeDe, W32Dasm, and some Hex editor) from which I extracted the basic functions of the original main program.

In xSHaReZ 2 PLUS, the source code from the original program has been rewritten and optimized for better performance, including also extra features that comes only in the commercial full version.

If you want to modify the sources, maybe you'll need all the components for compile it (about 8 components, I guess).
If you only want to use the program for scanning purposes, just download the binaries. Also you might want to download xIntruder (cracked), a plug-in for xSHaReZ to crack passwords founds in the remote computers.

What is xSHaRez?

xSharez scanner is a multithreaded NetBIOS/SMB scanner, a so-called "twin ware tool". What does it mean? It means both network administrators and users interested in the network security issues can use this software.

x Generate advanced HTML and CSV reports and analyze the network security level using this information.

x Check the vulnerability of Windows 95/98/ME using integrated password detection tool.

xSHaReZ 2 PLUS also has extra features not present in the Trial version but only in the Full version:
