| Terran
buildings have the ability to "Lift Off". When your enemy
is attacking you with units that cant attack air, it is best to lift off
and move somewhere. Some Terran buildings allow you to
"add-on" other buildings. Add-ons do not have
self-contained power generators and require additional support or
resources once constructed. Add-ons will shut down if the structure
it's attached to is destroyed or disconnected. If a Terran building
is in red zone, it will burn until it reaches 0 HP unless repaired
quickly.
Command Center (Mobile Building)
Command Centers is the focal point for Terran outposts. SCV's
are produced here. Minerals and Vespene Gas are returned to the CC.
Terrans may lose their chance for victory if their CC is destroyed.
ComSat Station (Add-On to Command
Center)
Provides scanning technologies.
- Scanner Sweep
Using scan on an area will reveal any units and buildings located there,
including the cloaked and burrowed enemies.
Nuclear Silo (Add-On to Command
Center)
- Nukes
Each Silo can hold a tactical
nuclear warhead. Ghosts are required to direct the missle to its
target.
Supply Depot
The Supply Depots contain goods, tools, and accessories necessary to
run Terran outposts. Supply Depots are needed to train more units.
Vespene Refinery
Must be built on top of a Vespene Geyser. It is designed to
speed up the process of Vespene mining. Once constructed, the
Refinery will automatically package the gas into containers that SCVs can
carry.
Barracks (Mobile Building)
Infantry units such as, Marines, Firebats, Ghosts, and Medics (Brood
War) are trained here. Like the Command Center, it is able to
lift off.
Academy
Infantry technologies can be researched here.

U-238 Shells
These shells are designed to
provide a greater firing range for Terran Marines.

StimPack
When used, it increases the unit
speed and reflexes. You lose 10 HP per use.
- Research Restoration (Brood
War)
Enables the Medic to remove
plage, ensnare, parasite, lockdown, etc. from a unit.
- Research Optical Flare (Brood
War)
Enables the Medic to launch a
flash gernade that can blind a unit until the unit is restored by a Medic.
Factory (Mobile Building)
The Factory is where ground-based vehicles such as, Vultures, Siege
Tanks, and Goliaths are produced.
Engineering Bay (Mobile Building)
Infantry weapons and armor can be upgraded here.
Machine Shop (Add-On to Factory)
Ground-based vehicle tecnology and upgrades.

Thrusters
Originally designed for shuttles.
These engines have been modified to increase the speed of Terran Vultures.
- Spider
Mines
Vultures can be equipped with
mines that have motion sensors. These mines track nearby targets and
blow them up.
- Siege
Tech
Allows the Siege Tank to
transform into a stationary artillery. Once the Siege Tank is
transformed it will be increased in range and damage until it is
transformed back into Siege Mode.

War)
Increases missile range for
Goliaths.
Armory
Terran vechicle and starship
weapons and armor are upgraded here.
Starport
Constructs air units and
starships such as, Wraith, Dropship, Science Vessel, Battlecruiser, and
Valkyrie (Brood War).
Control Tower (Add-On to Starport)
Technology for the Wraith is upgraded here.

Allows the Wraith to cloak for a
limited time.
- Apollo
Reactor
Allows the Wraith to cloak for a
longer time.
Science Facility (Mobile Building)
Special technology for the Science Vessel can be upgraded here.
- Defensive
Matrix
Enables the ability to activate
shields around any unit deployed by the Science Vessel.
- EMP
Shockwave
Used by the Science Vessel to
disable shields and energy that also effects nearby units.
- Irradiate
Creates a field of nuclear waste
disposal. Damages the unit irradiated and nearby units.
- Titan
Reactor
Increases the Science Vessel's
energy by 50.
Physics Lab (Add-On to Science
Facility)
Technology for the Battlecrusier can be researched here.
- Yamato
Gun
Allows Terran Battlecrusiers to
use a small nuclear explosion that can blast through almost any defense.
- Colossus

Increases energy for Terran
Battlecrusiers.
Covert Ops Center (Add-On to Science
Facility)
Technology for Terran Ghosts can be researched here.
- Lockdown
Temporarily disables mechanized
units cause within the blast.
- Ocular
Implants
Increase the sight range for
Terran Ghosts.

Cloaking
Allows the ghost to cloak.
Great for nuking purposes.
- Moebius
Reactor
Increases energy for Terran
Ghosts.
Missile Turret
Designed to fire at enemy air units when in range. Missile
Turrets also have sensors that can detect cloak units.
Bunker
Designed to protect troops from enemy fire. Bunkers can be built
to protect a location. Troops in Bunkers can fire upon enemy units
while remaining safe from enemy fire. Bunkers will not fire without
troops inside.
