Can one say a great weekend? I sure can, here are details.. i will try to find some pics later, and will upload them if i can ;).
first off friday night, i got to experience another new thing! I went to my first Drag show.. the 5th annual at Michigan Tech, and I got to be a part of it... Let me tell you it was INTERESTING. I found out exactly how homophobic i am, and if it wasn't for rachel i don't know if i would have been ok :P. For those of you who haven't been to one, these crazy men dressed as ladies dance on stage and wow.. things are just a little crazy, WHERE IS IT? i found myself wondering half the time.. wow.. blah.. i dunnoo if i feel that good about it :p. Then afterwards i went back home and got some shuteye cuz no one wanted to do anything (whit..) -_-.
Saturday was a long long day, but a great one still.. I was up bright and early, i had to work at 10 at my aunties work, i got up later than planned so no breakfast for me :s, though Hendu was at Hardees alone waiting for me? So i painted at work for 6 hours, a lot of fun got some real good work done :P. Afterwards me and Roos headed back to Hancock to get stuff for golfing :D. We then traveled to L'anse, we finally ate (about 5pm), and headed over to the church for our weekly replenishment of the word. Afterwards we went up to the golf course to start our new tradition (should last.. 5 weeks :P). We golfed 9 holes and had a great time the whole time, I won with 57 shots taken, Roos was close but took only 54 shots.. Nubbs was WAYYYYY off and took onlny 40 shots :( poor kid.... err maybe that is better? Anyways afterwards Nubbs took off to go home and me and roos had a casino run, while there we met Matt Isaacson, the third part of the L'anse 3on3 Board, and divied up the money from the tourney.. we then proceded to spend it and what not, it was a good time, Heather was there so i was happy :p Finally we were ready to go.. Tiger, Dan, and I drove all the way up to Copper Harbor.. (1.5 hours from baraga, 1 hour from Hancock) Up there was the Calumet post-prom party, and it was a doosie, good times were had by all, met some new people and had great times with older friends.. Finally we left about 4:45 and on our way back we stopped at Keewenaw Academy (creepy..), then stopped and dropped off Molly.. finally at 6:15 i was ready to sleep :P.
Sunday was spent mainly refreshing myself ran over to Kirstis and watched some hockey, good times :).. Before that my cuz Hillary got confirmed (yay..) we had a little party also good times. Anyways! Hawaii = fun, chicago = fun, 5 weeks left til graduation, JESSICA IS MY PROM DATE ;), track started (my first time), barqs is still really good. anyways e-mail me whatever whatever, i will be putting more pics up soon i do hope :D well thats all for now see y'all later.
