To return to the main contents page, just click on the "L'Narr Bar" (you'll see what I mean) at the bottom of each page. Or hit the back key umpteen times until you get here. Whatever turns your crank.

Notes from the Webmaster - July 2001

L'Narr's Song is now officially a toddler. One year ago ( more or less) I posted this site after a four day HTML marathon. Since then there's been some changes and some new directions taken for these pages dedicated to DC Comics' Martians.

The promised fan-fiction has yet to materialize - partly 'cause I've been too busy and partly 'cause I've been too lazy. The two together are not conductive to webpage construction, much less creative writing.
My "timeline" turned out to be screwy - I miscalculated the date for the foundation of Atlantis (as far as DC Comics, is concerned, that is) and it threw off all my numbers.

It's a long story and I think it's fixed now.
And yes, I have NO life.

picture of the planet MarsOn the positive side there has been time to post some new artwork in the Archives and I've fixed some tragic markup errors (hopefully). I've got a new system now (bigger, faster, with a screen that weighs 10, 000 pounds I swear) and this means newer browsers and (again, hopefully) more accurate debugging tests.

There's been more hits (and misses) on L'Narr's Song, and even a few email messages (mostly supportive). This may be the quiet end of the DC Universe, but I'm steering into 2001-2002 with high hopes: more art, more info., more images and more (as there can't be less, can there?) fan-fiction. So watch this space.
Take care of yourselves
