Study of teaching arithmetic for school entrance exams in Japan
Hello, I'm a Japanese. I'm studying how to teach arithmetic for Junior hi entrance examinations.

I am "Yoimondai"

My handle name is "Yoimondai." Japanese textbooks are published by private publishers. However, they are all based on guidelines announced by the Education Ministry.
Since April 2002, Saturdays and Sundays have been regular holidays at Japanese schools. Kids go to school 5 days a week. Arithmetic and mathematics have also become much easier than ever. Many people wonder if the education that meets the needs of future technology will be realized in this condiotion.
In Korea, the level of math textbooks which junior-hi schools use is pretty high. Now, I'm interested in educational systems in the world.
In Japan, some kids go to private junior hi schools around Tokyo and Osaka. The entrance examination of such schools is difficult. My handle name "Yoimondai" means "good question." I do not understand English very well, and an auto traslator has been a great help to me. It also enabled me to start this web site. Thanks to the translator, I can read and write English letters.
Please send me a letter.
