I've watched yesterday
    I watch today
I'll watch tommorrow
            for just a glimpsed
                   of your perfect face

your long shiny hair
your high acquiline nose
your almond shape eyes
your bronzed complexion
your tall slender figure
your perfect body

so that when I'm asleep
              you'll keep me company
                           from night till dawn

and as the sun rises
            I'll watch again
                      and again and again
