You're gone and I left behind
So much love that makes me blind
I sit and wonder the reasons why
Just one thing before saying goodbye.
It bothers me so much
Why this pain won't go away
For everyday could be the last
Still the memories won't last
You were young and I'm younger yet
The lesson I've learned is not to regret
Tomorrow is another day
Still this pain won't go away.
Is it all, or are we just friends?
Is this how it really ends?
I can see it in your eyes
I just wished you'd soon realize
I love you and you're the reason why...
