Notes:
Motorola model 56CS. The case of this radio is made of a hard plastic called urea. Urea is very scratch resistant and makes colors like red come alive. There weren't many radios with urea cases made in the 1950's, and few urea sets have survived in good condition. As a result, radios with urea cases are commanding high prices in the collector's market, especially brightly colored sets like the red Motorola seen here.
