Rescheduled meeting

This week's Tuesday meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday (10/13/05) at 5:30pm due to inclement weather.
Club status

We are currently recognized as a "social" club, and as such, we can't officially condone physical activity. Therefore, we will hold meetings off the courts and afterwards, members can play tennis as unofficial/non-club-related activity. We plan on gaining "sports" club status from the CRC by spring semester 2006. The requirements needed to do this involve having two members who are certified to perform CPR and First Aid. We currently have one member who is certified in both areas, and soon the club President will be certified as well. This will allow us to hold meetings on courts, have official sport events, and reserve tennis courts.
