Ref: Character Reference for Yama Ploskonka

To Whom It May Concern:

It is with pleasure I am asked to write a character reference for Yama Ploskonka. I worked jointly with Yama on a church Missions Ministry Team for a period of two years in 1998-2000, in which he demonstrated many qualities that made him an asset to the team. His attendance and participation were excellent, he put energy into the team through his ideas and enthusiasm, he demonstrated good analysis skills in project assessment, and his computer technical skills were a boon to the team. He often identified uncommon perspectives, which made him interesting to work with. Yama expresses ideas strongly, but he is able to accept and work with group decisions.

During the two years Yama offered to undertake several responsibilities that he carried out admirably. One example of this was a useful assessment he made of a mission our church had funded over many years. Yama was able to identify critical issues that guided us into a more beneficial support role for both the mission and the church, a relationship that the team recently re-adopted for another year, due to its positive results.

While I cannot say anything about Yama’s work skills in a professional context, with confidence I can say that he possesses excellent self-motivation, resourcefulness, a probing mind, and good analytical skills. He is an outgoing, caring, and honest person, and interested in ideas, challenge and self-improvement. He would be a loyal and hardworking employee.
