Updates to this site, October 18, 2000
my job objective includes:
- a definite purpose of teaching, training, sharing
- outdoor, adventure activities as a significant element
- a multidenominational Christian outlook built-in, or at least a great degree of religious freedom allowed
- possible to structure in such a way that every year I can have a long (6-8 week) furlough with/without pay for voluntary work
- at least some use for most of my multiple abilities
- an effective, goal- and people-oriented attitude from upper management
- reasonable pay perspectives that allow to plan for the future
- opportunity for career development
all of the above is negotiable, but certainly my maximum efficiency develops with
these points being integrated in the prospective job.
