Celebrate the New Year in Their Way......

Did you got a lot of information about how people around the world celebrate their New Year? Hmm....Do you want to try THEIR way to celebrate the coming year of 2001 ?  Let's try it!!!

First, we need to decide WHICH style of New Year celebration we want to try? Present what you have found about the different ways of celebration to the class, and let's vote for it.......

Second, everyone will be assigned to a group to do part of the preparation of the New Year celebration. What kind of role you want to take ?  :))
 

	The Costumes helper :  your duties is to make judgment of what kind of clothes people should wear, and help the teacher to prepare them.
	The DJ---music helper: help the teacher choose the right kind of music to play during the New Years party
	The Activities helper: you are going to help the class to select the right activities to play, or to make crafts and decorations for the New Year
	The Food helper: help the teacher prepare the special food people eat during New Year
	The Gift helper: you are responsible to get the greeting cards ready for every kid in the class (they already made the card.)
	News reporter: ha! this gonna be tough....you will be responsible to report what's happening during the whole New Year's Party, and help teacher take the photos, etc. etc..
