Archival Project (AP) Library Membership Package: You get a quicker response and we are able to do our utmost to find the book you need.
If you can't find a Sefer on our site or you're not quite sure where to look please become a member so we can give you our personal service and help you find exactly what you need. Benefits include: next day response, minimum orders of $10, discounts and 3 free search requests annually.
If you plan to order books or reproductions even twice a year it pays to become a member. Please fill out the registration questionnaire and include your credit card information to receive full member benefits.
You will be notified by email when your membership is due for renewal.
AP Membership costs only $27/ yr or for 3 book searches (whichever comes first).
AP Subscription Packages: a priority service for readers who need books and facsimiles frequently.
Subscribers may contact with our bibliographic staff directly to personally direct their research project.
Subscribers can make up to 7 book-searches annually for free.
Subscribers may send free form email instead of an order form.
AP Subscription costs: $ 50/yr or for 7 book searches (whichever comes first).
AP Subscription Plus costs: $ 100/yr for the above, plus ordering via free-form email or call-me-back voice-mail.
Books on Demand: If you are an occasional user.
The program is our service for all occasional users.
There is a search charge for price quotes on books which were not identified in our on-line catalogs.
A minimum order fee of $20 will apply to every order.

We all should be concerned about who we do business with on the Internet. Unlike a real bookstore in Geula the Internet is a very strange place. Since 1995 we have been trying our utmost to help our users find the Sefer they need and to charge the correct amount for our service. However if you are new here you may want to read what our older customers are saying.

Please note we are a book finding service and not a store so search charges will apply to books not quoted from our on-line catalogs.
The prices quoted in Israeli Seforim catalogs are usually in Shekalim. However pricelists vary greatly between publishers. Some are wholesale and some are retail. Some are frequently updated and many are not. Also the Shekel can fluctuate radically from day to day. Therefore in many cases we have erased the prices to eliminate confusion. If you are located in the USA your order will be filled and shipped according to the local catalog retail price at the Bank HaDoar US$ buying exchange rate for that day. In the European community we will charge the Shekel value of the book. In other locations or if you prefer otherwise please specify which currency (Shekels or Dollars) you prefer.
Since many Jewish books are published by the author in small editions and sold from homes it is often quite difficult to provide a price quote in advance. VG will contact customers for confirmation on all orders exceeding $100. Price quotes on smaller orders may entail a $5 service charge.
Please state for how long your order is current. Some times it can take up to 60 days to find a Sefer that is out of print. If you do not state a time limit for your order cancellation will not be accepted before 60 days. If there is a delay finding some of the items in your order, after 10 days we will send out what we have found and the remainder will follow when available. Shipping of items will be by EMS (3 days) or Airmail (2 weeks) whichever is cheaper unless you specify otherwise. Sea-mail (3 months) will be used for packages over 10 kilo. An average volume of 400 pages (ex. Tefilla Kol Peh Eshkol) weighs 600 grams packed. At present shipping Airmail and EMS cost approximately $8.50 per kilo, sea-mail $3.50 per kilo. Fedex and UPS shipping are available on request at cost. You can go to the Israel Postal Authority postage CALCULATOR to figure out your approximate shipping costs.
VirtualGeula is responsible to get the item you ordered to the shipper you chose by the time we promised. We cannot be responsible for mistaken orders on your part or negligence on the part of the shipper. The supplier will exchange new books only if you were sent a damaged or incomplete copy. Facsimile copies may have missing lines or pages, if these were missing in the original. Refunds are not possible. Exchange of books in Israel will be permitted only if the supplier or publisher gives us authorization.
Please fill out the registration form once only. As of 1/06/03 our form will be secure. Your number will be firewall and password protected on a stand alone computer. A $1 test charge will be submitted the first time we use your credit card if you don't become a member. No other charges can be made until the book or research results you ordered is ready for shipping.
Please combine small orders. A minimum order is $20 unless you are a member!
Service charges of $5 will apply for: packing and handling fees per parcel, payment via any other means than a credit card, invalid credit cards, additional price quotes and orders not submitted on our on-line order form.
Since we deal with many suppliers, each of which ships directly to you, bear in mind that a single order of books from different catalogs may arrive in several packages.
Generally your cc will be charged twice: first when your order is ready and a day later for shipping costs.
Members will be notified of renewals at the last email address we have on record. If no membership cancellation message is received your membership will be charged on your credit card for an additional year at the going membership rate.
