Children of Frank and Mary Maupin

Frank Maupin was my grandfather, and he lived in Kentucky. He married twice, first to Elizabeth Gill and then to Mary Frances. Frank had 13 children in all and he died in 1952. I have received stories about how my grandfather had many different jobs to try and support each of his families. I also have been told that he was a very stern man, quite mean at times. But he was my grandfather and and I would surely have liked to at least have met him. I'm sure it wasn't easy back in those days to take care of such a large family; he had 9 children with his first marriage. By the time he had married his second wife; Mary, his first children were already grown up and married with families of their own. And then he died in 1952, so he left his second wife with 4 small children to take care of.
Some of the pictures that I have are quite old and worn out. Recently since I have found some of my family members, like my Aunt Betty Jo, and cousins Clarence Jr., Madge, and my Uncle Harry; that I have received pictures and other information that I never would have been able to put together all of this. My mother, Libby, has been a really big help with her stories and her photos. When you go through all of this you will find mistakes, I hope you will let me know what I need to add or delete in here.
