1999 Secondary 2 - Squash, friendships, love and work.

>> After training intensively and really hard for a year, I finally got into the C divison for squash! However it was also very embarrassing for us because we lost the title as the defending champion.

Failure tastes especially bitter when hopes were high. Tears fell.

>> However towards the end of June, I started to lose interest in squash. Hated going to trainings after school, loathed having to stay back in school for several days a week, just couldn't stand anything related to it.. Everything was just so..boring.

>> So that was the beginning. I was getting rebellious. Very rude to my seniors... If you ask me why I became like that, I don't have an answer either.

I supposed most teenagers are like me, there comes a stage when things just change all of a sudden, out of the blue, without reason...

>> I entered my first relationship. I must say I was just playing around, curious to have a tastes of romance. There was no element of commitment.

We broke up when I fell for someone else and that's the start of another relationship.

>> In Nov, I started working at Pizza Hut. The pay was low and sometimes it's really plain hard work when I'm on shift from 12am to 10pm. But then the good stuff are worth far more, I learnt a lot of things and made many friends. And I really mean a lot, the chain reaction at work again...

It was also work that caused the end of my second relationship. So meaningless..
