1. Register directly to YMAA Poland Summer Camp Headquarters
Fill in the registration form and send back to Poland:

2. Your place will be booked when you receive confirmation of your payment in full

3. Payments:
 A. Credit Card. Fill in the registration form below. Check off Credit Card as a Methods of Payment. Choose which Credit Card you want to use. Write carefully Credit Card number, its expiration date and sign the form. Send filled form by mail or fax to YMAA Poland Summer Camp HQ, address and fax above (do not use e-mail). After authorization of your Credit Card you will obtain confirmation of booking the place.

 B. Bank transfer. Fill in the registration form below. Check off Bank Transfer as a Methods of Payment. Send filled form to YMAA Summer Camp HQ (fax or mail). You will obtain invoice. Use this invoice to transfer the money to:
