Digimon TV Summaries

Episode 15 - The Dark Network of Etemon - The DigiDestined finally get to the island via Whamon and go to find the village of the Koromons. Luckily, they have Agumon who can smell the Koromon, since they are of the same species. When they get there they are greeted by a bunch of  Pagumons, who secretly have captured the Koromons and are taking their place. Pagumons DigiVolve into Gazimons and they work for Etemon. Etemon is the second evil villain the DigiDestined have to deal with. Anyway, the Pagumons capture Tokomon and hide him in a cave covered by a waterfall, where the other Koromons are being held. Agumon finds them and sends Tai a smoke signal. Agumon DigiVolves into Greymon but Etemon has put up an electronic barrier so the Digimon go back to their regular state. Etemon then blocks the cave entrance by blowing up the mountainside and traps the gang! After releasing the captured Digimon, they run back to rear of cave where Tai is given the Crest of Courage. Then the wall disappears and the DigiDestined are free!

Episode 16 - The Arrival of Skull Greymon - Now since Tai has the first crest, he takes on the responsibility of the group. This makes everybody kinda mad, especially when he gives all their food to Agumon. Tai wants to Agumon to DigiVolve higher than his Greymon stage, so feeds the poor thing until he can't move. Going farther to find the other crests, the gang come upon a Rome-like arena. Joe's tag started to glow. Once inside, they find the place equipped with a soccer ball and net. Joe and Tai go to find the second crest, while the rest of the gang go and play. Tai scolds them all. Etemon appears on the big screen and calls forth another Digimon who looks like Greymon. The DigiDestined/Digimon run and get trapped in the soccer net which has electricity running through it. All except Agumon who falls down. Agumon DigiVolves into Greymon and the two fight each other. Tai keeps screaming to his Greymon to DigiVolve further when he does but to Skull Greymon instead. The gang starts move the tiles underneath them to dig their way out when Joe finds his Crest of  Reliability. They escape and the Skull Greymon gets attacked by the other Digimon. Skull Greymon leaves and transforms back into Koromon. Tai realizes his wrong doing and apologizes to everyone about his behavior.

Episode 17 - The Crest of Sincerity - As the DigiDestined continue to search for the new crests, the weather becomes HOT! So hot, that the gang starts to see illusions. All of a sudden a big cruise ship comes straight at them and they jump out of the way. The captain and the crew stop when Mimi charms her way on board with the gang following her lead. After baths, food and rest, the group thinks this is heaven until chaos erupts on the deck. The captain is actually Cockatorimon, who works for Etemon and he chases the Digimon and turns all of the Digimon into stone except Palmon and Biyomon. They DigiVolve and attack Cockatorimon. Togemon punches Cockatorimon away and this frees the Digimon and they all escape the ship, but Cockatorimon chases them down. They run like crazy and take refuge behind a huge cactus. Mimi's tags starts to glow. The ship runs into the cactus and it bounces off, then it explodes with Cockatorimon in it. The cactus blooms a flower and this is where Mimi receives the Crest of Sincerity.

Episode 18 - The Piximon Cometh - The DigiDestined continue their journey searching for the other's crest. But they come upon their old enemy Kuwagamon, and poor Agumon won't DigiVolve because he is scared he might become Skull Greymon again.   Just in time, Piximon arrives to save the day and let's the team into his hiding place. Piximon is a master Digimon trainer and offers the team his services. To start the gang has to clean his house, except for Tai and Agumon. T.K. and Patamon are sooo cute here, they race while scrubbing the floors. Well, Tai and Agumon have to train by themselves and are placed on a boat. At night, Matt and Izzy go out alone to find Tai and Agumon, they come to a well outside of the Piximon's hiding place when their tags start to glow. Taking the chance the two go out and into the well to receive their crests of Friendship and Knowledge, but get attacked by Tyranomon. Meanwhile, Tai and Agumon travel to a bridge where they see a little boy trying to ride his bike and falls down. Tai realizes this little boy is himself and tells Agumon he can't give up, he has to keep on trying and trying. In the end, Agumon comes over his fears and DigiVolves into Greymon to save the gang.

Episode 19 - The Prisoner of the Pyramid - After receiving an email from someone for help, the DigiDestined come to a pyramid placed upside down. Here they find out the secrets of the DigiWorld. That actually the DigiDestined in the DigiWorld can affect them in the real world. So if they get hurt or die in the DigiWorld that is that. This makes Tai self doubt himself. Using Izzy's iBook, they enter the pyramid to find a Digimon named Datamon. He's trapped and needs out, so the gang helps him but Etemon comes running to stop them. Come to find out Etemon and Datamon are enemies and can't stand each other. But it's too late, Datamon is free and he shows his true colors - he takes Sora and Biyomon away to a secret place.

Episode 20 - The Earthquake of Metal Greymon - The DigiDestined make plans to save Sora and Biyomon, as Matt, Joe and Mimi and T.K. go out to make diversions - Tai and Izzy go to find the secret room which is right under the pyramid! In the secret place, Datamon is making a double of Sora so he can control Biyomon, but all fails when Tai comes to the rescue. Etemon now faces Datamon when Datamon self destructs the place and the two fall into an electric pit. The pyramid blows up and the DigiDestined now face Etemon who is connected to a big electric ball. Tai and Agumon go and confront him, then Agumon finally DigiVolves into Metal Greymon!  They finally kill Etemon off but it creates a vortex and Tai and Metal Greymon get sucked in too!  In the end, Tai and now Koromon are in a park where people are enjoying themselves in the sunshine.

Episode 21 - Home away from home - Tai finds himself at home in his own world!  He heads home to find his sister Kari at home by herself. Their parents are visiting their grandma. Right away Kari greets Koromon by his name, Tai freaks out. It's real cute when Kari and Koromon play patty cake with each other. Anyway, they find out Digimon are showing up around the city, so Tai runs off not knowing that Kari is following right behind him. In the city, Kari catches up with Tai and she see the Digimon too but it disappears! Ogremon comes back and attacks, Tai knows he must return to the DigiWorld to save his world. A vortex opens up again, sucking the Digimon back to the DigiWorld - Tai and Agumon catch a ride with them. But Kari wants Tai to stay, finally she lets go and says to please come back safely! Sniff, I love Kari! Now back in the DigiWorld, Tai and Agumon must find the others, while back in the real world, a DigiVice is left on the table at the Kamiya home.

Episode 22 - Forget about it! - Tai and Agumon go searching for the missing DigiDestined when they come upon poor Tokomon and T.K.'s tag and DigiVice.   Tokomon explains that everyone split up to find Tai and Agumon and have not seen each other since.  Then Matt left T.K. to try and see what was on the other side of the lake and never came back. This angered T.K. and he left to make friends with another Digimon named Demidevimon. Demidevimon tricked T.K. by saying Matt told him that he didn't want to be around T.K. because he was a crybaby and Tokomon attacked. T.K. insisted that Tokomon apologize to Demidevimon or he wouldn't be his friend again. Tokomon refused, so T.K. threw away his tag and DigiVice to go with Demidevimon to an amusement park. Tai, Agumon and Tokomon go and find T.K.. Once they do, T.K. tells  Tokomon to apologize again, Tokomon refuses. T.K. breaks down and tells Tai to be his big brother instead of Matt. Tai reassures him that Matt would never say a thing like that and they should find him but eat first. Demidevimon offers forgetful mushrooms, but when Agumon goes to the bathroom he hears a voice like Sora saying not to eat it. Agumon rushes over to tell the group, they confront Demidevimon and he runs off. T.K. apologizes to Tokomon and they go off to find the others.

Episode 23 - Weregarurumon's Dinner - On the other side of the lake, Matt and Gabumon find Joe and Gomamon working in a restaurant which is owned by Digitamamon and Veggiemon. They work for Demidevimon. Joe explains that they ate a dinner there and couldn't pay the bill, so he has to work it off in the kitchen. He has three weeks since he keeps on breaking dishes and burning the food. Matt and Gabumon offer to help since Matt is such a great cook! But Joe keeps on breaking dishes and so on, Matt leaves frustrated when Digitamamon tells him that Joe will come to harm if he leaves for good. So Matt returns to help Joe. On break Matt goes to the lake and plays his harmonica, thinking about T.K. when Demidevimon tells him that Joe is breaking things to keep him there. Matt tells him off but in the kitchen while talking to Digitamamon, Demidevimon trips Joe and a ton of plates fall to the floor. Matt yells at him and walks off. Meanwhile Tai, T.K., Agumon and Tokomon come to the restaurant and the battle begins. Veggiemon grabs T.K. and Joe hits the Digimon from above rescuing T.K. but getting caught himself. Hating the fact that he can't do a thing, Matt's crest starts to glow and Garurumon DigiVolves to Weregarurumon! Everyone is saved and they go off to find the others once again.

Episode 24 - No Questions please - Izzy and Tentomon go searching for Tai and Agumon when Demidevimon starts putting signs to lead them off the trail. It works and Izzy and Tentomon fall into a bottomless pit.

Episode 31 - The Eighth DigiVice - Everyone is home, safe and sound and they use the story of being snowed out at camp. Tai comes home and hugs his parents. Kari's cat Meeko steals her DigiVice and takes it out of the apartment (stupid cat), so when Tai askes her about it, she doesn't know anything about it. Izzy arrives home and lets Tentomon into his room via the window. Later he puts a lock on his door so his parents can't come in, his mom is worried. Izzy and Tentomon gets an alert from Gennai that a Digimon has been spotted in the harbor. So Izzy tries to contact everyone but they are already sleeping so he and Tentomon go off to investigate on their own.
