When we reached Gore Bay we anchored out just off the Government Docks. The rest of the afternoon was spent doing laundry, buying meat, and going to the liquor store. Robin & I tried another new recipe. This one was called "Onion-Cheese Snack Bread" and it was great. Since we were both full of our snack bread we went ashore to make phone calls.
On our way back we noticed that "Lil Ollie" was anchored near us. The owners, John and Nadine, had been anchored in Little Current last week. We dinghied over to "Lil Ollie" for a short visit and explained the "Conch Horn -- Pop Corn" thing. Three or four hours later we were still on their boat having a great visit. They are outfitting an old C&C which had been in the charter fleet in the BVI. John has done much work on the boat and we got some good ideas on equipment to add to ours. Today we'll invite them over for some real "Pop Corn!"
