Any ideas where the name of the park came from? This is Double Arch.

Gee those seppos come up with clever names

Three Penguins

The view from the road - not exactly a killer walk in.
Penguins? Yeah I can see that.... I think....?

The view of the Penguins from the walk out along the raised ledge. Notice climber in red below the lovely corner crack of Right Chimney.
Nice freestanding formation eh?

A marginally better view of the great 5.10 corner, with me at the anchors after my onsight.
What a wonderful action climbing shot....not.

Another outstanding name - this is Balancing Rock, further into the park.
GEE those seppos come up with clever names

Owl Rock

Nic busts a move up this awesome steep 5.8/16 crack splitting this classic 25m desert tower.
Classic!

Cheesy summit shot, but hey, what a great setting. The La Sal mountains are off in the distance.

What a setting!
