A view south along the gorge from the lookout near the road bridge. The rock here reminded me a little of Nowra. There's thousands of routes here, but unfortunately it was too bloody cold when we visited (hey, what do you expect in December).
US National Parks For a National Parks site this is a good climbing site, with climbing area maps, brochures and climbing photos. New River Rock Eric Horst's site mainly wants to sell guidebooks but has some nice photos. DrTopo.com A great source of online guides, including one for a section of the New River Gorge. The clickable map makes for dead easy navigation. New River WV A touch commercial but I like their map and they show other WV areas too. TheCrag.com As always.
