ST GEORGE, Washington County, Utah. This is a wonderful place to live. If you don't care for extra hot weather in the summer, then just spend your winters here. Many people do just that. They are called the "Snow Birds".
THINGS TO SEE HERE: Dixie College The Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Museums and Brigham Young home. Lots of hills to climb, and lots of scenic things to seeSt George is located in the SW corner of the state of Utah, right next to the Arizona border, & not far from the Nevada border. Mesquite, NV is only 35 miles away, and Las Vegas only 110. Near some of the national parks.
