In saucepan combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves. Cool. While
liquid is cooling, blend bananas and lemon juice in blender or food processor.
Combine banana mixture, sugar water and all remaining ingredents except ginger ale.
Now, divide equally and pour the mixture into containers and freeze for 3 hours.(Plastic milk jugs work well for
this...just remember to leave room for the liquid to expand.) Mix with ginger ale and serve.
Or, you can freeze serveral days in advance and let it thaw before mixing with
the ginger ale on the day you need it.
