The Venture Patrol

The venture patrol is comprised of scouts that are considered to be “the best” among the rest of the boys. These scouts show Active participation in their patrols, have good attendance, show scout spirit, and have proven to be outgoing.
The patrol has an induction ceremony at a camp. The scouts are inducted by their peers, already in the patrol. The patrol has a “round table” to discuss vital issues that pertain to the realm of scouting. Scouts also have to advance one merit badge every two months.
