Although these books are a bit old the information is good. Describes the routes and gives elevations to be
encountered. Good information about Kathmandu and area.
Note:
They advice women not to wear shorts while trekking. I took them at their word and lived
to regret it. I would definiteley take shorts. The weather for the first 3 or 4 days of the Annapurna Circuit
trek was extremely hot. Many women were wearing shorts.
