In every group or population, there are always a
few who will always try to get some thing for nothing, or who will be inclined to take more than they need or are allowed.
The hunting and fishing ranks are no differant. There are
always a few who are going to try to take more, caring nothing about fellow hunters and fishermen, and certainly not caring about the resource. They only care about getting
"theirs". These people are jerks, and most certainly not
"sportsmen". They steal from us - all of us. Those of us who hunt and fish, and non-hunting/fishing community as well.
They aren't hunters, they aren't fishermen and women -
they are criminals. It doesn't matter if they carry a gun, a bow, or a rod and
reel, they steal from us - regardless of what they do - taking too many fish, shine
a deer, shoot ducks over bait - it's all the same.
In Minnesota, you can call

Other states have similar programs. Use them. Let's get rid of the jerks.
