Canadian Rockies

I flew from SFO on a United Airlines Flight. My guidebook told me about the interesting welcome ... at the baggage machines are dinosaurs. Welcome to Calgary International Airport!

A street scene in Calgary's Chinatown. Calgary was introduced to the world in the 1988 Winter Olympics.

Hop on the highway northbound and you leave behind the urban setting of Calgary for the beauty of the Canadian Rockies. The Candians are properly proud! National Geographic agrees for they have the Canadian Rockies on their 50 places of a lifetime destinations.
The above photo I got while wandering around after dinner in Lake Louise Village.
