The secret to a successful Troop is the Program. The Scout's plan their Program and get the Troop Committee approval at the Committee Meeting. Then its up to the Troop Committee and the Patrol Leaders Council to Work the Program. Keeping busy is the FUN of Scouting. Our Advancement is a by-product of this Program.
