Paul Jacobson saw this Visitor in his back yard on July 01, 1999 around lunch time. This visitor was spotted on Ranger Trail near Lee Hill Rd. Paul says that it could be possible that all the dynamiting and construction work in the area might have this poor fellow wandering around where he wouldn't normally.
