All areas below Watts Bar Dam are open to fishing as they were prior to 9-11-01. The Watts Bar Dam fishing area is open, however it may not be accessed by the traditional route.
Visitors must take the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant entrance road,
then take the first left onto Old Ferry Road, which leads to the fishing area.
