Rich & Angela's Mountain Retreat

Hard to believe but we've been in Valdez almost 2 years! We've had a very busy summer. First we built a greenhouse and a chicken coop. Then we raised and slaughtered several innocent chickens. The neighbors should also be wondering what really happened to their goat! We canned tons of salmon, including two that Alan caught while he was here... He's still waiting for the special free pack delivery. MMMMM They were finger linkin' good too Albie!

Rich is now a manager at the Solomon Gulch Hatchery which is operated by the Valdez Fisheries Development Association (VDFA). Angela is now working for the University of Alaska at their Valdez campus as the Registrar. She is also a vital link in the TV station at the university. Keep pluggin' those videos Angela!

Here are some pictures of us and our lil' abode.
