South Ridge Pond Information

Quick overview:
South Ridge Lake is a relatively new lake, being built around 1985. Not much information is available on this venue, but according to the park department it is 10 acres in size and 13' deep in the center area. The lake is stocked annually with both Northern Pike and Largemouth Bass, but also contains Carp(common and grass), Bluegills and Golden Roaches. The last two contests held there have resulted in one angler catching a nice weight of carp, while the others filled (or tried to fill) their keep nets with gills and roaches. Will this trend continue? Only time will tell!
