There is nothing more beautiful than a well-shaped body created by hard work and proper nutrition. A body like this tells me several things...
- That person has focus.
- That person is conscious of proper nutrition.
- That person makes time to exercise his/her body.
- That person has high self-esteem, primarily because he/she takes pride in their body.
- That person radiates health
In this day and age, we are victims of "progress".....fast food, fast living, less time, etc....and because of this, our bodies and health suffer. We MUST make the time for exercise daily, and we MUST stop gorging ourselves with "fat" just because it is convenient. Not only will a high fat diet make you FAT, it will cause a number of health problems such as heart disease.
KEYS TO A HEALTHY BODY:
- 30 minutes of continuous aerobic exercise daily
(fast walk, jog, aerobics, treadmill, bicycling, etc) You must get your heart rate up for 30 continuous minutes.
- And for Heaven's sake.....CUT DOWN THE FAT IN YOUR DIET!!
