There is nothing more beautiful than a well-shaped body created by hard work and proper nutrition. A body like this tells me several things...

In this day and age, we are victims of "progress".....fast food, fast living, less time, etc....and because of this, our bodies and health suffer. We MUST make the time for exercise daily, and we MUST stop gorging ourselves with "fat" just because it is convenient. Not only will a high fat diet make you FAT, it will cause a number of health problems such as heart disease.

LOW-FAT TIPS


1. Opt for fresh steamed vegetables instead of french fries.

2. Fat-Free/Sugar-Free icecream (vanilla), skim milk, and your choice of fresh or frozen fruit, blend in a blender for a delicious low fat treat.

3. Fruit Smoothies: Fresh or frozen fruit, sweetner, fat-free yogurt (optional) and ice blended in a blender is a yummy low fat drink.

4. Use Fat-Free mayo, salad dressing, cheeses, yogurts, etc in all your recipes calling for theses items.
